Withdrawal
If you have contracted a training program or product and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period, complete this form.
Through this function you can exercise your right of withdrawal, that is, cancel the contract for a training program or product that you have contracted with our entity.
When can you use it?
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the access credentials to the virtual campus (online mode).
- The function is available permanently throughout that period.
By completing the form and confirming, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if you have already completed the training action in its entirety and have submitted the evaluation tests to obtain the qualification on a date equal to or prior to the date of this communication (art. 103.a TRLGDCU).
Right of withdrawal function in accordance with Article 11 bis of Directive 2011/83/EU (introduced by Directive (EU) 2023/2673) and Articles 102 and following of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU). The right of withdrawal is not applicable, among other cases, when the training activity has been carried out in full and the evaluation tests have been submitted to obtain the qualification (Art. 103.a TRLGDCU).
